Materials Needed by Students

Students will want to have on hand a notebook or journal and pen.  It is recommended that you purchase a bottle of high-quality, organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil and a flannel cloth, plastic wrap, old towel for home practice of castor oil packs.
